Hotel in Myrtle Beach

My DH and I are going to be heading to Myrtle Beach in a few weeks for a wedding. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for nice/reasonably priced hotels there?

Last spring we stayed at the Hampton Inn Oceanfront in Myrtle Beach. Very nice rooms and all of them face the ocean. Free breakfast, 2 pools (1 indoor, 1 outdoor heated). Very nice hotel.

That sounds like a nice hotel. An indoor pool is definitely a must. My DH said you can't go to Myrtle Beach and NOT swim, even if it is indoors.

I always stay at the Long Bay Resort in an oceanfront suite. They don't have an indoor pool, but it's possible that they put up glass partitions in the winter and make one of the pools that's not out in the sun into an "indoor" pool. You might want to call and check. It's a really nice hotel in a great location - just about midway between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach, and away from the hustle and bustle of the Pavilion area.
