We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Brickell this past April and did not have a great experience. They double-booked our room, so they downgraded us from the junior suite we had booked to a standard room that did not have enough sleeping spaces for our family of 5. The pool was very cold, much smaller than it looked in the photos, and the hot tub was broken, so our plans for a pool day were a bust. We also had a truly awful meal at the hotel restaurant. I booked it because it was the middle-priced of the three hotels that Disney Cruise Line let's you book DCL bus transfer from but I wished I had either saved money with the budget option or else upgraded to the luxury option because it was neither inexpensive nor luxurious.
