Hotel for one night?

We're looking at renting a pool house for 7 nights in July. I found one that we really love but the first night we're in town it's booked. Are there any affordable hotels with cool pools/lazy rivers that we could book for 1 night? If we stayed a night could we use the pool the next day (our checkout day)?
