hotel for less than $40?

Hi all! I was wondering if there is a hotel I can stay at for less than $40 a night. I'm travelling solo and will be staying about 2 weeks in September. I won't be having a car. At this moment I'm planning on tent camping, which I did last year. Thanks for your help.

Also check hotelkingdom.com and skyauction.com. We're booked in a 2-bedroom 2-bath condo at Orbit One Vacation Villas for a week in November. We're paying less than $38/nite. We got that through SkyAuction.

They may be a little more than 40 but they are nice, clean moderate hotels. I have stayed at quite a few of them.

They have great packages but you have to go there and pick up the vouchers and many come with tickets. The Holiday Inn they feature is nice and very close to disney. (3 nights hotel - 2 tickets to a disney park and water park - $279 Great 3 night deals!

As for camping - if you are going during the next few months - you will have fun swimming with your suitcases in a tent...the storms are gullywashers this time of year. The heat builds up and you can expect them between 4 - 7 pm in the evening.

will have a Lake Buena Vista / Disney Area
motel for that rate.
I put in dates for Aug 14 - Aug 28 and it
came back with 4 under $40.
It doesn't hurt to try. Most motels have transportation
to the parks.

Thanks all for your help. I know about the bus system lynx. Last year I found a youth hostel for about $17 a night which could be reached with that bus. The problem was that the last bus was somewhere between 9 and 10 pm, which is too early for me. Most nights, I went to bed at midnight.
