Hotel Elysee and EMH

Happy New Year everyone.

After our December trip I'm already keen to revisit and to save a bit on the accommodation and also get EMH I thought the Elysee would be perfect.

However, I nearly had a heart attack when I came across a remark on a earlier thread that EMH only applies in this hotel if you buy the package!

Does anyone know if this accurate, or can you confirm that you stayed here on room only and were able to get EMH (pretty please!)?

I don't think thats correct. The reason I'm saying this is because I'm looking at a DLRP brochure right now, and it says on the L'Elysee hotel info page that EMH is available when booking at the L'Elysee (says nothing about a package). However, on the description further on for EMH, it does mention booking a "package" through Disney for this. Maybe thats where the confusion comes from?

If thats the case, I can absolutely confirm that you don't need to book a package through Disney to get EMH at the onsite and L'Elysee hotels. Its your hotel ID that gives you access to EMH, and you get that hotel ID regardless of which agent you have booked the hotel with. We didn't book a package through Disney for the Cheyenne in November, and got the hotel ID, which gave us access to EMH. I also booked with Iglu for our first trip to the Santa Fe, again got hotel ID.
