I have lost many hours of my day trying to find the best deal on a hotel I wanted to book, and finally, after trying dozens of coupon/promo codes, with dozens of different hotel website, I found the deal I was after.

Anyway, I thought it might be worthwhile having a thread where we mention discounts as we find them :thumbsup2

I'll start. Ebookers.com has 20% off all promo hotels with the sale ending today (or possibly tomorrow morning as it may be using UK time zones). The coupon code is TRAVEL20.
All prices are in UK pounds, and, with the conversion, some prices are better than others. The hotel I booked today was NZ$100 less per night than other websites like expedia. :thumbsup2 :yay:

Great idea :thumbsup2

I don't have anything to offer right now, but will definitely be on the lookout!

I agree, great idea:thumbsup2
I regularly get codes for hotels.com and hotelclub.com, will post them here when the next one comes through

This is a great idea!!!For those that don't know the mousesavers discount is 15% off at certain hotels, for the aussies that HOJOS in anaheim the code is
LKMS it really makes a massive difference

Great. :thumbsup2

10% and 15% can really add up.
I might have to play around with that HOJO discount and see what's available.

Cheaptickets.com (which is owned by Orbitz) has 20% off it's promo-eligible hotels.
Promo code is TAKE20 and the code can be used until the end of the week. The discount can be added to existing specials making some hotels very cheap.

Unfortunately it's only for those traveling until the end of June so it doesn't help me.

Ooh thank you, will check it out, I may be able to use it for my NYC hotels.

Also have a code from hotelclub save $100, when you spend $600
GIFT100AUD

hotelclub.com has a 14% discount with code IAMAVIP14.

Worked well for me - very well! I needed to book three days at Universal Orlando over Thanksgiving weekend and it was going to cost a ridiculous amount. When I went through the above website it first came up with $329 per night for a standard room at RPR. So I picked the room and the next page says 'due to changes in supply...' and the price changed to $268 a night! Add in the 14% discount, and I'm very happy :-D

Awesome, thanks for sharing :thumbsup2

I'm so tempted to check it out, but I know I shouldn't. I think my DH would be most upset if I paid for anything else this month. :rolleyes1

I just used it, and while I didn't get an amazing rate like you, I did get 15%off, so from $535 to $476(inclusive of taxes)
I can't believe the cost for one night the week after Easter, we are going to be spending just one night on the 22/4, which in disneyworld is Included in the new spring package rates, but at universal still counts as peak period:confused3

Orbitz have 22% off at present for stays before June 30th. It's combinable with other discounts making some hotels over 50% off.
Promo eligible hotels only and the promo code expires in about a day.

Promo code: TICKTOCK

For the same travel period, cheaptickets.com has 25% off using the promo code cheaptastic

Orbitz.com has a 20% off discount code at the moment: DISCOVER

I can't actually see it on their page so don't know when it ends but I believe it covers hotels until the end of the year. (I booked for October). I got the code from a post in the Disneyland board.

I'd never heard of Orbitz until I stumbled on a thread in the Disneyland section. Even with the exchange rate I still came out ahead of any other prices/discounts I've seen in the last few weeks.

Great code. It even makes Paradise Pier almost affordable.

I'm a fan of Orbitz and the Orbitz family of websites (ebookers, cheaptickets etc). At least one of them always seems to have some sort of promo code going, usually for something between 15% and 25% . Ebookers, the UK version of Orbitz, is worth following as their hotel prices don't always align with the US sites once you compare exchange rates. i.e. Some of their hotels work our more expensive, while others are considerably cheaper. I saved about $100 p/n on my Jackson Hole hotel by going through Ebookers, and I also noticed that they sometimes have some reasonable deals on Aulani.

That was one of the ones I booked. The last 4 nights of our holiday in a premium room/park view. :cool1: The other was 11 nights at Stanford Inn. Can't wait!

I considered the Disneyland Hotel too, but it was so awful last time we stayed there and the "improved" rooms look dark and dreary that I decided that the upgrade at PP was better value (and cheaper!).
