Hotel Charge?

When booking hotel only thru Disney, do they charge your card for one night or the whole visit? I'd like to pay in gift cards once we arrive if possible. Thanks!

If I am not mistaken they only charge one night and then you can pay however you want at check-in.

With a room-only reservation, the deposit is equal to the first night's stay. The balance is due at check-in.

Just make sure when you get there and check in that you tell them you want to apply the gift cards to the existing balance.

Make sure and hand gift cards before credit card. They charged my card first and then it was a huge hassle to fix.
