At the time, DH called the main CCI number to ask where the shuttle was. So I assume the person answering the phone wasn’t the shuttle driver. I guess I don’t care enough to complain directly to a manager because we don’t intend to go back. That was kind of the last straw with the place, honestly. The rooms are tiny, no freezer in fridge (which is kind of a must to have cold water for the parks) and one night while I was hanging out in the room while my family was at the pool, a housekeeper walked in. Not cool. For what you get, there are closer and better options. Not everyone has to love the place.
I apologize if it came across that you or anyone must love this property or any for that matter , heck I know some who won't stay at some Disney owned properties based on expeirences and that's absolutey valid as are yours.
I admit I don't share your opinion of the room size/fridge concern but that's why it's so vital to find a place that works for our individual needs. The main point I believe we were trying to address was that should you or anyone encounter concerns , don't wait to address them no matter how small or big they are. It does help to share both positive and negative experiences even on well received properities because let's be realistic , no place is perfect 100% of the time nor is it perfect for every family or situation. However if it's an ongoing trend then people want to know both the good and bad
