Hotel Booking Bug?

Anyone having issues booking via the Disney website? The last couple of weeks it lets me get all the way to payment and once "processed" it resets to the top of the page and says I have to call to book. I've tried different computers, different connections, on my phone, etc and no luck. Been going on for a month now.

We live locally and go a lot last minute - I called for our last long weekend but it's getting annoying. Any advice appreciated.

I have not had any problems but if you’re not already doing this, make sure to use a private browsing option (eg, Chrome Incognito) when using Disney’s website, especially searching for rooms and booking. Whenever I’ve had website problems this almost always fixes it.

Just make time to call if you want it, pretend Disney is a dinosaur from the ‘80s that doesn’t comprehend the word “computer”

Their glitches have been so bad the last few months and very little seems to resolve anymore. It’s like they’re all slowly piling up to fall on top of Iger’s next lame duck selection…

Alternatively, switch to a TA. Won’t cost you more and they’ll have to call Disney instead of you.

Thanks for the advice - incognito didn't work either. Massively frustrating. Back to calling them I suppose.
