I'm beginning to get myself organized to pack for our upcoming vacation, but I'm trying to pack light because we also have a cruise after Universal. Are towels available at the pool (we are staying at Royal Pacific) and will there be shampoo provided in the room? Thanks!

Yes, they have everything.

Towels
Shampoo
Conditioner
Body wash
Moisturizer
Bar soap
Hand soap
Cotton ball and swabs
Sewing kit
If you run out just call star service. But they will replenish everyday what's missing or low.
