Hi I have booked for our 3rd trip to disneyland, but I live in newcastle uk, I either have the choice of paying extortionate amounts to fly with air france or more reasonable amount to fly with easyjet, the only issue with easyjet is their flights are late so you effectively loose a day in the parks.

I am thinking of booking flights for the day before our disney saty and stay the night in a cheap hotel either close to airport so we can get the vea shuttle the next morning or close to disneyland so we can get a taxi to sequoia lodge the next morning.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

i'd go close to disneyland the night before, so you can be at the Sequoia Lodge on your first onsite morning before 8am, so you can go check in, pick up your park tickets, and be in the park for EMH :).

So any of the associated hotels (kyriad, explorers, dream castle, magic circus) or val d'europe or bussy st george hotels (one and 2 stops respectively on the RER train, so 5 and 10 minutes journey from DLP). There are loads of budget hotels in these 2 areas, including the Accor hotels chains, Premier Classe, B&B chain etc.

The associated hotels are the most convenient, but the others are definitely doable.

we had the same problem, arrival was at 20.00, so no time in parks at all. We booked Kyriad for the night and at 8.00am checked in in disney hotel.
