Hot Water at CS ??

Can you ask for hot water at any CS location in the disney world parks. I know during the summer you can get tap water for free but was unsure if they would give hot water in the winter.
I was thinking of bringing some hot choc. packets from home to save a little money.
On the Disneyland page they reported that they can get free hot water (not for baby formula.)

Yes, as long as the counter service place sells coffee, they have hot water (it comes out of the same maker, just a different spout). and they will give it to you for free.

i have to say that is a great idea because they have allergens in their hot chocolate so when i went to MVMCP i was given cookies but no drink. i stopped drinking starbucks hot chocolate because they have gluten in some of their drinks so that would have been nice to have with me on my november trip.
