Hot Dogs at Hoop Dee Doo?

My one DS is not big into chicken and ribs. I was wondering if they take special requests or not. If I know ahead of time that they won't, then I can have a sandwich with me for him to eat just in case.

a few years ago when my kids were younger/less adventurous eaters we visited HDDR and the server was quick to offer other choices to my children including mac/cheese and pizza when we inquired... both accepted both! i did not make provisions ahead of time and figured worse case scenario was that the kids would eat bread and strawberry shortcake and we'd grab them something back at the resort... but there was no need *whew*
