Hot dog kiosk on boardwalk-DP???

Does anyone know if you can use dining plan cs credits at the Hot dog place on the boardwalk?? I think it was called boardwalk to go, or something like that. They have hot dogs you could get in a basket with fries, chicken sandwiches, and chicken fingers. I would love to grab a CS lunch there on our check-out day.

I went w/ DH last October---no dining plan options available plus it was cash only.
