Hot Cocoa - Room service and other options

I've seen conflicting reports that hot cocoa is and isn't offered as a breakfast item for room service. It doesn't appear on the door hang tags where you order the continental breakfast, but maybe it can be ordered elsewhere?

If it is available, does anyone know if it's scratch hot cocoa or just a packet of mix and hot water? We prefer something like the really amazing hot cocoa at Coronado Springs resort, which they told me was made with sweetened condensed milk and actual cocoa. Is that available anywhere on the ship? (Doesn't need to be free, happy to pay from my Bougie beverage needs.)

I don't think you can get it from room service. Beverage station on the pool deck has hot cocoa packets and hot water. I think Cove Cafe ($) has fancy hot chocolate as well as coffee and tea.

I agree that Cove Cafe would be your best bet. The other lounges that serve specialty coffee drinks could probably make a hot cocoa with milk.

There are many menus online from various ships, various years. This one lists Hot Cocoa. Pretty sure they could make it for you even if it wasn’t on the menu. But probably not with sweetened condensed milk . . .
