I have never owned nor driven a car that did that.
Me neither. And it would make me crazy if it did because I'd forever be forgetting to take that extra step to engage the lock. The only thing my cars have ever had to guard against locking the keys in is a little chime when you hit the lock button on the door, just to remind you (or alert you, if you hit the button accidentally) that you're about to lock it.
