I am still having a tough time doing the DVDs. I can get my walking in, when it's not raining and doing the treadmill when it is. I just really hate the DVDs. Which is so weird because when I was teen, I did the Jane Fonda work out ALL the time.

Not sure if I was always this lazy or it's crept up on me.
I'm not doing great with food, but I am getting better. I'm spending more $$ on single serving sizes, which does translate into more landfill stuff, but it's easier to keep track of my eating this way. I'm less likely to eat more than one serving and I really have to to want before I'll open it.
Went to the doctor today. I am not into fasting. Glad I don't have to do it too often. I'll get the blood work results back next week when we sit down to discuss them. The good news, not having breakfast or coffee this morning, I weighed in at 119!

I called my OB/GYN and back in August I was 130 and I know I hit 134-136 during the Christmas goodie eating. I'm so glad I took it slow to lose the weight. I don't see any extra skin hanging. I don't have the money to have that removed.

Nor do I want to after watching one too many TV shows about it.
BAMB, do you like the rabbit food? When my sister was trying to curb her appetite, she would munch on carrots & celery instead. Course, dipping that into Ranch dressing kinda defeats the purpose.

But maybe if you used the low calorie kind. Not low fat. Don't do low fat. You want to feel full after you eat it. Low fat is another one of those things that tricks your body into thinking it hasn't eaten enough.
Or maybe chew gum? I've been chewing a lot more gum and I was never a big gum chewer.
We can do this.
