If you want to really feel a workout, and do it in only 20 minutes, get Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred DVD. I got it for Mother's Day and I did levels 1 and 2 yesterday (40 minutes).....OMG, I am SO feeling it today
. It's circuit training (3 min strength, 2 min cardio, 1 minute abs). I totally stayed on the straight and narrow yesterday because I did NOT want to waste that workout!

Not sure if I was always this lazy or it's crept up on me.
I called my OB/GYN and back in August I was 130 and I know I hit 134-136 during the Christmas goodie eating. I'm so glad I took it slow to lose the weight. I don't see any extra skin hanging. I don't have the money to have that removed.
Nor do I want to after watching one too many TV shows about it.
But maybe if you used the low calorie kind. Not low fat. Don't do low fat. You want to feel full after you eat it. Low fat is another one of those things that tricks your body into thinking it hasn't eaten enough.
