maybe she's changed it since then, but the room description says you need diving magic and that you catch ghosts and play fireworks

the gem is behind the rock on the ground, on the right side of the screen. You can barely see it.

It is in the grotto, not the shipwreck on the upper right side.

There is no way I am getting anything. I should just quit now.

Where is the place with the pillars that look like they are a part of the castle? I cannot find it.

fireworks room. It's under one of the posts at the bottom on the right side of the screen.

Also, later the smoke shape is Mickey Mouse. That was a total guess, as I had no idea.

This is the most difficult host quest I've ever done.

I told you, the cannon smoke is in the shape of Mickey Mouse.

I still need to know what the Black Pearl really is.

The question is "What a ship is, what the Black Pearl really is, what?"
