Host quest -- 6/14

Is anybody having trouble with the quest engine on this quest? It is going crazy on me. I did the first question to click on Blackheart and it does the beep and the quest screen flashes on the screen and then goes away faster than I can click next question. When I click Q, it flashes again and again and again. I couldn't move past the first question. I logged out and logged back in and it worked correctly. Knowing that I spent over 10 minutes trying to fix it and then logging out and back in, I quit the quest and tried my son's character. The same thing happened again!

Happened to my mom as well. She was just really fast and managed to click "Next question" before it disappeared again. It still flashes off really fast on the next task, but the 2nd thing I think she said was the jewel on the plank, and after that it was fixed. She never logged out.

I'm about to try it myself. Wish me luck.

Oh, and if you have it, use teleportation magic to get to some of the items! If you have more than one, you have to say Jump! the 2nd time, otherwise it'll give you an error message that the magic's still recharging. Helped me with my time last go round I was able to do a Host quest. I even won a prize.

Yes that happened to me all day. I found that when it happens, I pop into one of my own rooms and it stops. It was much faster than logging in and out.

Hmmm....I really don't understand how they expect young kids to keep up with this game. I mean if it is TRULY geared towards them. It took me a half hour to get into the Host room - I struggled through the quest. Then I got on with my youngest daughter's character to see if I could do a little better and maybe get her a prize. Even without DCing, knowing all the answers from trying to do it with my own character and winning pirates on the first try - I still came in almost 400th with no prize. And, um..I'm 30...LOL My oldest daughter just gets on and plays cute or boot because everything else is just to challenging for her.
