Hospitality Major Questions

Hi all,

This year I am going to be a junior in high school, so I am starting to think about what I want to do as a career. Has anyone here majored in Hospitality? If so, can you tell me a bit about it?

I majored in Hospitality and I loved it. I go to UF and we have the choice to specialize within the major so I am a Hospitality and Tourism major with a specialization in Event Management. Its really enjoyable and now I am going to be a Concierge in the Disney College Program.

I have a friend who had that major. She starting working for Visitor & Convention places, then a Muesum & now works for a Major Hotel Chain in Sales. Her Favorite job was the Muesum but has better pay & benefits working Sales for the Hotel.
