Hospitality House Booking Category for OKW -- UPDATE

I stayed in 28 once and it was my least favorite OKW room ever. It's along a fairway and there are trees blocking the view, they are very close to the porch. It made the room very dark.

I just updated post #1 to let you guys know what the DVC CM told me this afternoon when she called about my concerns.

Thanks for the update. We've also had some challenges with CMs, with a supervisor looking over their shoulder, earning their ears. Never as severe as your situation. We generally return to the front desk a short time later to be served by an experienced CM that can undue to damage.
