Horseback riding?

Hi

We'll be in Orlando (a week) & Daytona (4 days) and am looking for a horseback riding excursion. My DD is really into it and is an experienced rider. I'm not, but still like to do the occasional trail ride with her. Has anyone done the trail ride at Fort Wilderness? Is anyone familiar with any of the other stables in Orlando or maybe a horse back ride on the beach? We could easily do a day trip somewhere. Sharing of any experiences or input would be greatly appreciated!!
