What is your suggestion for traveling to the Horseback Riding at FW from BW?
Thanks
chris

Well you have a few options:
-First would be take a cab. Not free, but the fastest.
-Second would be to take the BW bus to Mk and then either the bus or boat to FW.
-Third would be to walk through Epcot, take the monorail to the TTC and then the Mk monorail and then to FW from there. Not sure if they still do the FW bus direct from the TTC as they have changed the TTC since I used it in 98.

Or you could also go to the Studios ad catch the FW bus there.

I think the best route would be the second. Have fun!

There is a bus that runs from the TTC to FW. If you did that, you'd be dropped off right next to the stables.

If you caught the FW boat at MK you'd have to travel to the other end of FW by one of the interior buses.

We've done both of these a few times, we did scope everything out a few days before our ride so we knew where we'd be going so we wouldn't be late. No problems at all.

I'm not sure about catching the FW bus at the other parks since we didn't try that way.

HTH:)

How long is the walk from the boat dock to where the stables are?????
Thanks

Not a walk as much as a bus ride.

Here is a map from Deb Wills =- http://www.allearsnet.com/acc/ftwmap.jpg

The boat is at the top where the picture of the boat is, the horses are at the bottom where the pictures of the horses are. I think the map used to say "one mile as the crow flies."

That is if the horse rides still leaves from the horse area at the entrance, and not the petting zoo - the petting zoo is very close to the boat dock.

It's not far from the boat dock to where you'll catch the bus. And it doesn't take very long on the bus from one end to the other.

And yes the horsebackriding is at the other end from the petting zoo. There are stables by the petting zoo, but that's where the draft horses and Cinderella's carriage horses are kept. The riding stables are at the other end. We were confused at first too.

Hi
I think the best route would be to take a bus from one of the parks to FW. The bus drops you off close to the stables. Am I right????
