Horse Driven Carriages

I know I read somewhere that they do horse driven carriage rides in a few locations on Disney property. Could you tell me where?? Also, any tips, or suggestions would be great, and what your experience was!

They have them at Ft Wilderness and at WL (only during the holidays). You can call 1-407-WDW-PLAY for info.

I did the one on Fort Wilderness in September. Thought it might be nice to see the properties etc. But - no - it takes you out to the woods - nothing to look at but eachother and the horse and driver. If you are with a spouse or date - may be great - but I had my daughter, neice, and mom. Not the trip if you want to see what the area has to offer. It is strictly for romance or alone time.

There is a horse drawn carriage ride at both POFQ and POR. At Least there will be lots to look at as the carriage takes the road between the two villages along the river bank.
