Horror night tickets

I am trying to purchase 4 stay & scream tickets for the halloween horror night online from the universal site at $21.95 each non-peak.
It says you have to have a valid ticket for the day to do this, either 1 day, 4 park or 5 park flex ticket, which we have already purchased.
When I come to do the transaction it won't let me & says I need to purchase day tickets at the same time, but i've already got 4-park flex tickets.

Does this mean I will have to buy them at the gate or is there any other way I can get them & are the non-peak nights likely to sell out.

Normally the non peak nights don't sell out. You can call up Universal at 407-363-8000 and purchase from them.

I would definitely call. I normally like to have all my tickets in advance as well.

Thanks for your replys, yeah i think i'll call & book them. At least then the wife can't chicken out at the last minute if we've already paid for the tickets.

I tried calling them & they couldn't sell me the Stay & Scream tix either!!! Did you have any luck with this?

That's odd, I thought you could buy it through them. Anyone else. I would call and explain your situation to them.

I was wondering the same thing.

Called a few numbers and finally got the AP ticket center at 1-800-564-5764.
Off peak is 23.38
Peak is 40.42
It appears the above includes the 6.5% tax, so it's the same as the web site, you just can't order from the web site yet.

You need to call the 1-800 number and do it over the phone. I asked if they would update the web site, so they know about it. I'd rather order online, and pick up my ticket from the Kiosk.

Last year I purchased my tix to HHN well in advance over the phone. I was given an AP discount even though my AP didn't officially start until the first day I entered the park last year (sometime in October and definitely after I called). I had a voucher for an AP that I received in the mail and, if I remember correctly, I was asked to read some sort of number off of that voucher. Maybe you can find the same sort of number on your tix and give a call.

just called universal, they said we need the ref number of our 4 park flex tickets to order the stay & scream tickets.
Couldn't find it so called the company we bought them from, they then called universal with the ref number & were told we could order them but it would cost $25 extra for shipping to the uk & its not necessary because the off peak nights won't be fully booked so just purchase them on the first day of our holiday (sorry vacation) , so i think thats what we will do & hope they're not fully booked, we've got about 3 or 4 nights to choose from so should be ok.
