Horror Night express pass worth it?

We are visiting from Australia in Sept (so this will probably be our only chance to do this) and we are looking at doing Horror Night either the 20th or 21st Sept. I am trying to decided if it is worth paying the extra for the express passes for the event? I cant grasp just how busy these nights will be. We don’t mind waiting in line, but don’t want to miss out on doing things either. Any insight as to if people think its worth the extra cost is much appreciated!

If you want to do all the rides and houses…definitely need one.

How many HHN nights are you doing? Both 20 and 21st? Wednesday and Thursday are going to be less crowded than the weekend. If you are doing both nights, I would do express on Wednesday to knock out all the houses then use your second day to do the shows like Nightmare fuel and redo favorite houses.

If you are only doing 1 night, then definitely get express.

Historically Wednesdays are pretty slow - but since the end of the pandemic all bets are off.
You can always risk it without express and buy it on the night - but it may cost more or be sold out.

I go multiple nights and still cant imagine trying to do it without express- the cost is a killer no doubt - but the lines can be painfully long and even worse as you see folks fly through with express

Do you still get also special entrance to the nightmare fuel show with express pass? I know in the past (when Bill and Ted was still playing) there was…I think…one show with reserved seats/entry for express pass holder?!

No they reserve space for RIP tours but there nothing for the show with express pass
