Horizons by Marriott

Just back today. Had a wonderful stay at the above. If you are looking for a two bedroom villa with an AWESOME pool for kids, I highly recommend Horizons. Check it out www.horizonsbymarriott.com. The resort is still under construction, but it did not interfere with our stay at all. Please let me know if you have specific questions!

I am staying with my daughter and her husband and my grandchild at the Wyndham Palms next month for four days. They had a great rate for a two bedroom and it is only four nights.


In July I am staying (this could change if the Grand Floridian issues a better rate code) at the Boardwalk Inn near Epcot. Our anniversary. Just my husband and I. July 4th weekend.

At the end of this month we are staying three nights in Hilton Head at the Disney resort with the family.

Now I am planning December and I need a two bedroom again because it will be again with the family.

How did you book the Marriott? p Do you mind sharing the rate?

The Wyndham Palms is great for four days but if we wanted to use the pool the Marriott sounds much more fun for the baby.

Have you stayed at other condos like the Vistana Villages or the Hilton ones?

Did you take a tour of the timeshare?

I am anxious to hear the details.

We actually got the room through an Interval timeshare. The rates are posted on the horizonsbymarriott.com website. The rates, according to the website are usually $224 per nt, but it looks like they are having a special of $168 per nt. It is the first time I have been to Orlando in many years, and I have not stayed a the Hilton or Vistana Villages, although I have heard good things about both. I'm not sure if I helped you or not, but have fun!
