Hopping to a morning EMH park?

I am trying to make a schedule for our trip the second week of March. Right now I have it that we are hopping to MGM in the afternoon when it was the morning EMH park. Is this crazy? There is two showings of Fantasmic that night and I would like the catch the later one.

It will be more crowded because some people who were there for morning EMH won't park hop. You might want to get a Fantasmic Dinner Package reservation for that night.

I wouldn't do this unless I had no other evening for F!, except for the evening EMH night (which I assume would be worse).

Unless you participate in the monring EMH I would agree that it is best to avoid that park. If you arrive later in the day you will have a lot of the original EMH crowd still there along with the off-site and day guests. We always take advantage of the morning EMH and then hop over to another park later in the morning.
