Can you get hopper passes if you don't stay on-site at Disney??

You need to stay on site (or at one of the Downtown Disney Hotels) to purchase the Ultimate Park Hopper (formerly known as the Length of Stay) pass.
You also need to be staying on site (or at the Hilton in Downtown Disney) to purchase e-night tickets.
Other than that, all of the other WDW ticket media are available to off site guests.
