I am thinking about purchasing an annual pass this year. I have three days left on a park hopper. Can I use the value of those three days against the cost of the annual pass? Or is it better to use up the 3 days first and start fresh.

We'll be going for 8 days in November, and I am thinking about a spring trip for another week, so all-in-all an annual would be the better deal, but just curious if I'll get enough of the invested value out of the 3 day hoppers if I do the exchange.

Well as far as I know, Hopper days never expire, so you can always just get the AP and then wait to use you hopper till your AP expires. I'm not 100% on that though, so if anyone out there knows if I'm right or wrong, chime in!

Yes if you wish you can apply the prorated portion of your Park Hoppers against an AP purchase. The definitive reference is http://allearsnet.com/pl/ticket.htm.

Alternatively you can keep the Park Hoppers for use in the future. This is a better value assuming that you do eventually use them. But if you're getting into Annual Passes, it may be a while before you have a chance to use them! If I decide to buy APs this year, I will cash in our leftover PHs to help out.
