Hopper / non-hopper question

I am sure this has been asked before but I haven't been able to locate the thread.
Can you buy a non-hopper ticket and use it at more than one park a day?
For example. Visiting two parks which would burn 2 days off the ticket?
I usually buy 5 day tickets and instead of paying over $40 more for the hopper advantage, I coule just buy a 10 day for an extra $9.
But I am not sure that Disney will allow you to use the ticket twice in the same day.
Can anyone verify?

There was a question just like this on the board yesterday and it got an answer of "no, you can't enter another park on the same day without a park hopper." I was reading it to answer the same question for a friend of mine at church. I also went to the disneyworld.com website and checked out each discription for buying tickets. For base tickets it specifically says you can only enter one park per day. Then it defines park hopping as being able to enter more than one park per day. I've also read before that the machines where you put your ticket in will only let you enter one park per day unless you have a park hopper. Sorry for the bad news, I wish it would work! But I guess Disney fixed that "loop hole."

No, your ticket is based on a number of days not the number of park entrances. So, once a non-hopping ticket has been used in a park for a day, it cannot be used to enter another park until the next day.

No, your days are counted by number of days, not number of admissions. Of course the way you do it, it'd be cheaper to buy 2 days than one day with park hopper. disney has figured that out too!
