Well I'm on my way home from Disneyland. Kinda. I should be home right now, but this trip has been one semi-disaster after another. Don't get me wrong, it was a good trip and I'll be putting a full report online sometime soon. But between various people being sick and the weather being bizarre, it hasn't been an easy trip.
Today our flight from LA was delayed, for no apparent reason. The flight originated from Montreal where it was delayed leaving there. It was then further delayed leaving LA, and although we were more than an hour late leaving the flight attendant was emphatic that we would only be arriving 15 minutes late. Not. We missed our connecting flight so we're stuck in Calgary overnight.
So we're scheduled to leave for home tomorrow. Except that Calgary is experiencing snow right now, and more snow forecast, and Winnipeg has a winter storm warning with snow and freezing rain forecast for tomorrow morning. So we'll see if our flight actually leaves in the AM!
