Hoping to close in 4 weeks or less, what's studio availability @ BLT?

We should close on our BLT contract about 9 months before we want to stay, over President's Week 2018 (Feb 17-25). Can anyone tell me what BLT studio availability is like now? Just wondering how much to manage expectations - we are ok with only staying a partial week any time in the Feb 17-25 period.

Availability requests are not permitted, but since you will still be before the 7 month window, you should be in good shape for lakeview studios at that time of year.

That is somewhat in the low DVC demand season. There is a thread on the DVC boards that goes through the historical availability so that might be of interest. If i can find it i will link it.

My guess is that the standard views, being the least amount of points will be booked but you might have a decent chance of the LV TP view studios.

You have some risk of not getting a BLT studio, even lake view, for Feb 22-25. That is the Thurs, Fri and Sat night of the Princess half marathon weekend, the highest DVC time that exists between mid-Jan and late Sep.

Just checked the DVC website for Feb 17-25, BLT Studio Lake View has full availability, Studio Theme park view has 5 consecutive nights. No standard studios available. My advice, as soon a you are in the system, book it!
