Hey Mary!

Hope everything is well. Sorry about the DVC news. Are you looking through Disney for DVC or a reseller? Does Disney have to approve the selling price? I'm not sure how the DVC works.

We kind of expected it but it was still :sad2:

We are trying to buy through a resale. We get sent a list of properties and prices. We decided how many points we want to buy and what month the points come avalible. Disney then has ROFR-right of first refusal which means that they buy the property themselves. So in a way they do control the price. We went up $$ on the point value so that should help. The secondary market can save $$$-up to $20 or more per point...

YAY!!!! Getting closer everyday...

As far as the MMM goes, I know we are all perfectly normal. They just don't get this whole talking about WDW all the time on some forum. If yall do the meet on 5/28, we'll miss out. We leave right after breakfast that morning. Oh well...maybe another time. However, I did notice some similarities in dinner times. I'll have to look again to see where we match up. I remember Leanne posted same TH breakfast as me.

This is what I figured. I hope your next attempt works out better.

Gotta love Disney selling the share, buying it back at a steep discount, then selling it again to make another profit on it. :surfweb:
