Hoping for some help

I have been to DW 4 times but have never used DVC. We do not own it but rather have a timeshare and can trade into it via RCI. My question and I hope someone on here may know, if we trade it and stay onsite are we eligible for onsight perks like magical express, dinning and fastpass plus or do you have to be an actual dvc member?

I know you can use magical express, pay for the dinning plan, and you can go to the parks for the extra magical hours but I am not yet familiar with the FP plus.
