Do you remember that Disney commercial? Anyway...we have one wonderful son...DS6...and I am really hoping to bring home another wonderful son/daughter from WDW.;)

Anyone else? I thought we could all lift each other up and talk about how we are preparing and hoping.:grouphug:

We are too :) I don't know if it will happen though....It looks like it will be that time of the month :headache: We want to have one now, but I need to lose a bit more weight, plus I don't want to be vacationing in my first trimester b/c I was so tired all the time with my son. I haven't been on the pill since April and we aren't really doing any method of BC, we just try not to get frisky when I'm ovulating. I told DH; watch me get preggo a few weeks before we go :) If not though, we too are hoping for a "little" souvenir. :cool1:

I loved that commercial!!

Good Luck ladies!!!

Kimba

I would love a little souvenir. We have DS8 and DS5 and are really hoping for one more!

I love that commercial too and we're going to start trying on our October trip! I'm so excited! We had talked about starting maybe this month or next but I want to make sure I'm 100% feeling great for our vacation! I'm so excited that there are others hoping for a souvenier too!

both of mine are souvenirs... I am planning to start trying this fall but dont expect to get much done in that area as Grandma is joining us on our trip this year

goodluck

My 2 mo old may just be one of those souvenirs. After trying for 9 months I find out all I needed to do was take a vacation! We are going again this Sept (but do NOT plan on anymore kids-ever).

Maybe we should be taking extra precautions to not come home with another one.

:wizard: Here's a little pixie dust for all of you who are trying...

Cute. :) I'm so exhausted every night at WDW, I can't imagine having time to "get" that souvenier! (That and it always seems to be that TOM when I'm in Disney- not going to happen this year though!) Good luck to everyone hoping for one!

I don't remember the commercial, but DH and I have been discussing it. This will be #3 for us though, and I am not sure we will have the time while we are there!

Good luck to everyone!

About being tired...

We are planning a much more relaxed approach to our WDW vacation this year.:thumbsup2 Our first, and only other, trip in March was last minute, a little short, and mostly in the parks. We actually tried to go back to AKL to enjoy the resort more, and have planned more resort time into this trip, and we got moved to BC! We are very excited about SAB and the Boardwalk area.

Also, we get back on the Sat before the Mon DS has to go back to school. So, we will be getting good sleep at night.:rolleyes1

About losing weight...

Me too! I am in the less than 4 week crunch and really trying to watch the food intake and up the exercise and activity...and hoping to lighten the load before the trip.:woohoo:

Plus, I wanted one more trip...

I grew up going to Disneyland on a somewhat regular basis, especially in high school. I love Disney. I was born and raised in CA, but I haven't lived there in almost 20 years! So going to WDW once more with DS and being able to experience it all with him one more time was really important to me.:cloud9:

Good luck to everyone!

The commercial was several years ago...A mom pushing a stroller and a very talkative young boy get into an elevator. The little boy can not stop talking about the vacation that his family took to Disney. Someone else in the elevator comments on how it sounds like they had a wonderful time, when did they get back? The mother replies that it was over a year ago. The little boy goes on, and also mentions his little sibling, and says that Mom calls the baby her little souvenir (with cute emphasis), to which the passengers in the elevator have a little chuckle/smirk, and the Mom says that obviously we all had a great time as see gets out on her floor.

It was a great commercial.

I'm hoping everyone is able to have their Disney souvenirs.

We are fortunate in that we didn't need the mouse's help. And hopefully after having had my tubes tied, we won't be getting any more souvenirs.

We brought our first home from a ski trip! Our friends that went with us said NO WAY

I also have a little souvenir. She was a suprise. Weren't planning on anymore, was on birth control pills that I took same time every day (Dh made sure)
Guess the Disney magic really does work. :rolleyes1

She's now 4 and we took her to WDW the 1st time last year. SHe loved it....cause it's in her blood of course.

Good luck to all who are trying. Keep up the good work. (pun intended):rotfl:

We too are hoping for a little souvenir. Well, I am anyway. DH says he's good with the 2 that we have now. But he's all up for the trying part! Although I will probably be exhausted by the time it's lights out. This is our first trip and at this point it's a one time thing (no future trips planned, anyway). DH and the kids will have some relaxing time at the resort. I have a convention to go to the Thursday night and Friday and Saturday days we are there though. Best of luck to all those that are trying.;)

OMG!! I keep saying that, too!!!! I have a DD4 and I'm as ready as I'll ever be to have another one. So come December, I'll be getting off the Pill, and hopefully will come home with one extra person on our trip in January.

Best of luck and Pixie Dust to you!!!!!!

My little 4 year old daughter is our little souvenir from our 2003 trip. That commercial was one of my favorites. I was seriously thinking about getting an airbrush t-shirt saying "Our little Disney Souvenir" for our last trip. Maybe I will do it for our upcoming trip in January. I just don't know if I have the guts.

One of the most expensive souvenirs we have ever had "quoting my husband here"

I just delivered our little souvenir on July 8th and my DH and I are already discussing her first trip. My DS can't wait to show his little sister his favorite place on Earth! Good luck to everyone trying!

We are currently TTC, and I think I will be ovulating while at WDW! So I am definitely hoping for a souvenier.

Now, the question is, what to do with DD... we booked a regular room and not a suite
