This will be my first time going in February, so crossing my fingers. When do they usually announce it if they do offer free dining in February? I have a Disney Visa and I know when we would go in the fall, Disney Visa cardholders would get the offer before the general public.

Will be upgrading though to Deluxe either way!

Last year they announced the Free Dining offer at the very beginning of August. I am going to go out on a limb, though, and predict that it will be earlier than that this year. Or maybe that is just wishful thinking....

It looks like the fall discounts still haven't been announced. Do you think that's an indication that the discounts for the new year will be announced late this year? This is killing me! I'm a planner and I want to have everything done already!

We are looking at being in Central FL Feb 22 for a week. If there is a free dining offer we will stay on Disney property, if not we will stay off property.

I am kind of hoping for the FD but I guess it doesn't matter either way since it would end up costing about the same amount. We would just end up eating off property and spend less days at Disney parks also.
