I've always assumed, as with all the continuous loaders, that the 'breadowns' occur whilst they load wheelchair users.

Has enyone seen the makeover at Disneyland CA for Halloween, done up with Nightmare before Xmas?
We saw it last October, 10 times better than HM WDW. hope they give at a makeover something like that.

Ive always assumed they are putting wheelchair people on too! I always seem to get it breakdown LOL! wonder what they will do - im there from the 10th Sept!

"Mansion finally slated for refurbishment
The long-awaited refurbishment of the Haunted Mansion has finally hit the official Disney schedule. The popular attraction will receive some much-needed care while it is closed from June 6 through September 12. (It will return just in time for the first night of Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party.) During the three-month refurbishment, the unintentionally-creaky portions of the attraction's infrastructure will be fixed up, and (if rumors are to be trusted) the attraction will receive a copy of some of the recent enhancements created at Disneyland's version of the attraction, including the new bride and the floating Madame Leota crystal ball. Even if those enhancements to not materialize, it will still be nice to see the failing audio and other pieces receive some much-needed TLC"

Oh no I am gutted now. Small world was closed in Paris last year and the kids were gutted. They loved HM but wanted to hear it in english.

I have to say DH and I both thought that the French HM was far scarier because it was all in French. It just sounded spookier in the French language.
