Does anyone have one of these?

I wanted to get one to scrub my floors and was wondering how it works or doesn't work. I have laminate, linoleum and ceramic tile floors.

Any opinions would be appreciated.

Thanks

I have one and don't care for it. The suction when you dry vac *sucks*...(couldn't resist) It doesn't pick up the fine particles, so I have to swifter and sweep it up.

When I had vinyl floors it didn't get the ground in stuff up and I would have to hand scrub.

I have one, and I really like mine. The cord is nice and long, and I have a very large dining/hallway/kitchen area, so I don't have to unplug it. Also, the front end is narrow, so it fits under my cupboards, which is nice. I don't have any problems with the suction and use it to vaccum before I do the scrubbing.

The only problem with it is sometimes it dosen't get the really, really stuck-on problems, so I need to use my nail or some sort of knife to get a really goopy, stuck problem. If you just remember to go slowly, I think it works great and beat mopping any day of the week. No gross, hairy spong mop head to deal with, or any yucky, dirty water to keep dipping your mop into. I think it's worth it!! I really like it!

We don't care for ours either. It just doesn't pick up everything on our hardwood floors. We had to either go over everything again with a broom or a dustmop before we used the washing element. Plus, as others have mentioned, you still have to hand scrub extra-stuck-on areas - but, you would probably have to do that with just about any floor cleaning appliance.

My husband bought a Kenmore cannister vacuum that does a MUCH better job of picking up the dirt and crumbs. We use that instead and use an old-fashioned mop to clean the floors. Our results are much better than with the Floor Mate.

WE love ours...hard wood and also vinyl floors...

We usually shark/vacuum/or swiffer them first and use the floormate for mopping and drying.

Looks like you have completely mixed reviews.

Add me to the "love mine" crowd!

It is one of those things I would buy again at any price. The only time I have any suction problems with it at all is if someone does not clean it properly before putting it away.

I use it on hardwood and laminate. I think it works great!

Thanks everyone for you input. It does seem to have mixed reviews on it. I was hoping to find something so I wouldn't have to scrub it by hand, but I guess nothing would work like that.
Cinderella can only dream:)

Any other reviews are welcomed!

Thanks

I hate mine because the last time I used it, I slipped on my wet floor and dislocated & broke my kneecap - LOL.

Seriously, though, I do like it. I didn't like it the first time I used it because I used the recommended cleaner (some Lysol stuff) and it stunk. Now I use Mr Clean in it & it does a great job.
