Hooray!! Headed back to FW!

I am so excited! We just booked our next trip to the Fort! We'll be there October 17th through the 24th! Premium site, will be kindly requesting loop 500. (unless someone else can recommend another premium pet loop close to the dog park and marina). We stayed in 300 last October and loved it.

Here's to wishing away the summer.....headed to FL beaches twice between now and the Fort.

Secret keeping can be sooooo hard but can turn out sooooo worth it. We told our girls about 2 weeks before our last trip and it was a perfect moment. The only thing i regret is not getting it on video. For a lot of reasons, we're holding out on telling them again this trip, maybe until a few days beforehand. Should be lots of fun.

BTW, the hardest part of not telling is right when you first start planning the trip. After a while (at least for me), it became fun and not such a hard thing. So, hang in there!

DH is convinced I won't be able to keep it from her. I'd love nothing more than for her to find out we're at Disney the moment we drive through the gates. Only problem is that last year, she was asleep when we drove through them!
Luckily, she's 4 so there is a lot that we can openly discuss without her catching on. I have no idea how long we'll get away with it, but it'll be fun trying.

Our first trip was last year, over Halloween. It was a blast. We love the Fort. Make sure you plan some time just to hang around the campground - there's plenty to do!
