I'd advise against deleting your RAW files in the future. They're like negatives -- they're your master files. You never know when advances in RAW-processing software, or in your skills -- or both, most likely -- will allow you to go back and do something amazing with your old RAW files that would have been completely beyond you when the files were new. I speak from experience ...I wish I could go back to those raws and use them to pull out a little more dark or light. Unfortunately I just deleted the raws last night so I'll stick with what I have for now.
