I am goint to book HDR tomorrow and pay for it with gift cards. I know the tiW discount will be applied when we arrive but do they credit it back to the gift card?

It is a credit back to your card. You do have to go to the will call booth (near the bathrooms outside the Hoop de Dee building/Pioneer Hall) to get the credit after you check in. The check-in stand nor your server can apply the TWI credit.

We actually had it credited back to our hotel account. When we checked out, I saw the credit on our statement.
