Hooper non-expiring tickets upgrade

Hi
A little help please~~
I just purchased 6 day hopper and non expiring tickets from UT. Since Disney no longer sells Non Expiring tickets will i still be able to upgrade those 6 days to a 10 day hopper NE ?

Probably not, but we won't know for certain until someone tries. Some people think you'll still be able to add the water park option, but most agree that adding days will be a no-go.

I hope I am wrong, but I can't see you being allowed to "upgrade" to a product that Disney no longer sells. So adding features like Water Parks should work. But adding days is sort of like turning in your old ticket and being handed a new one (only they do it all electronically now). Since they don't have a 10 day No Expiration ticket to "hand you", I don't think they can upgrade you to that.

Hmmmmm.
On a non-expiring ticket, simply adding the WP option is like "adding days," since those assets don't expire until used, as well.

The guy I spoke to at UT said Disney wouldn't upgrade those, adding WP or days.

We don't go till May, hoping someone will report back!

One of the reasons why Disney discontinued non-expiration is to reduce the number of ticket data records that have to be kept in the computer data base. Statistically, the more entitlements (days or fun visits) the ticket possesses the greater the expected time that ticket will have at least one unused entitlement and therefore have to stay in the data base.
