Hoop or Cirque?

hey im maggie my parents are always asking me if i would rather go to hoopdy doo muscial review or cirque du soleil. i have never been to the cirque du soleil before but my parents say i would really enjoy it what is your opinion??

We've never done either at Disney. We did Cirque in Vegas...my DH hated it and I fell asleep during it!

ohh well i was told that it was a veryy good show. maybe they are different but who knows the hoopdy doo is more of a family resturant its a dinner show i liked it alot it nice! but my parents want to take me to the cirque. soo i hope i enjoy it. im sure i will. did you like the one in

Definately Cirque...we have seen it, it is fabulous. You will love it.
Make sure they get you some popcorn to eat during the show!

I'm sure you will love it. It just wasn't for us. But like everything else in life, people have different tastes. Pick the one you want to see and enjoy!

I saw Cirque in Las Vegas and hated it too..I saw Cirque in WDW and loved it..it was well worth the money. (I was hesitant to go because I hated the one in Vegas--but DS wanted to go)
By the way, they are two different shows

The Cirque shows offered in Vegas are different than the one that is offered at DTD. There are quite a few different ones in Vegas (KA, Mystere, O, Believe & Love currently) and I will dare to say that not all are spectacular and some are definitely an acquired taste. The Disney Cirque show (La Nouba) is very family friendly and I have not really heard anyone say they didn't like it. I'd give it a shot.

Mostly every one I have talked to said they love it. So i will go with that i have seen pictures of it and heard lots about it. I think it will be lots of fun. and i will make sure they get me some popcorn during the show lol

That is good to know. Maybe we'll try the one at Disney on our upcoming trip.

Deffinately go for Cirque. Absolutely fabulous show. Deffinately well worth the money. Love HDDR also, but cirque is a whole different thing.
