When we went in 2015 we used dining credits (2 per person) for the 4:00 show category 2 seating. At that time, dining credits could be used in categories 2 and 3 for the 4:00 and 6:15, but all categories could use the dining plan at the 8:30 show. I tried to double check, but Stitch keeps eating the page on my computer. lol. It may have changed with the 2017 plan. I hope you get to see it, we really enjoyed the food and the show.
in August we used dining plan for cat 1 at 830 but could have done cat 2 or 3 for earlier shows. did have to give credit card but were not charged and we were a party of 14 with all but 2 infants
that was the word that conway used!! I couldn't remember for the life of me what it was, but was so baffled by the comment. Gonna be an interesting 4 year.
Take a look at the seating chart when picking your category though - that can also factor into your decision of which show to go to!
When using the dining plan my family has always gone to an early show (around 6-ish) and sat in category 2 seating on the main floor twice - despite that we've never had a bad view and loved the show and our seats!
Category 1 is right front and centre on the main floor.
Category 2 is nearer the back on the floor or the centre of the balcony on the 2nd floor
Category 3 are down the sides of the balcony on the 2nd level
