Hoop Dee Doo

We have reservations for the Hoop Dee Doo - other times we have had them, we were staying on property & got our seat confirmation ticket at the hotel desk. This time, we have canceled our Pop Century reservations & are staying at the Doubletree Suites. The reservations is paid for --- can I get our 'ticket confirmation' at any of the park guest services or do I have to wait until the night of the Hoop Dee Doo & get them at their guest services window?

I would call ahead to the appropriate number. Dinner reservations or Guest Services, not sure which.
