Hoop Dee Doo tickets?

I reserved Hoop Dee Doo online, paid w/credit card, received confirmation number & email. I just noticed something in the email about picking up tickets at a box office or guest services desk. We are staying at the WDW Hilton, so I don't believe we can pick up tickets there like at a Disney resort. Do we need to get to Hoop Dee Doo early to pick up tickets at a box office at Pioneer Hall before checking in at the podium, or can we just show up with our confirmation number printout? If yes, then how early should we arrive to pick up tickets for a 5 pm show? I am not understanding why we need to pick up actual tickets since we paid online already and have a confirmation number. Thanks in advance to Hoop Dee Doo veterans!

Normally you get the from your resort concierge desk, but we forgot last time we did Hoop and didn't realize until we were almost at the front of the line @ the check in desk @ Pioneer Hall and they let us in just with our name.

But they definitely do have tix, we had to pick them up for the luau as well.

If you can pick them up at Pioneer Hall (if that's the "box office") - I would just allow 10 extra minutes or so from when they tell you to arrive, which is normally quite a bit earlier than the actual dinner show time, from what I recall. It's mostly so you can wait in line and they can take your picture!
