I ate there a few weeks ago. I told the server when we placed our drink order that I was vegetarian and she said she'd bring me a menu. I did have to wait a bit for it and ended up reminding her. She also didn't take my order until everyone else's food was brought out, but after ordering, my food came out less than 5 mins later.
There are three vegetarian options.
1) Grilled Marinated Vegetables- Yellow squash, zucchini, portobello mushrooms, and tomato marinated in a vinaigrette with spinach and edamame. (Vegan)
2) Pasta Primavera- Wagon-wheel pasta, house vegetables, and Marinara sauce.
3) Pasta- Wagon-wheel pasta with butter, olive oil, or vegan Marinara.
There was also a fish entree listed. I think it may have been salmon. I had the Pasta Primavera and it was okay. Very basic, pasta, a ladle of basic Marinara sauce, and some simple veggies on top.
There's also the cornbread, salad, corn, and mashed potatoes that they bring for the whole table, and the strawberry shortcake at the end. As others have mentioned, the beans do have meat in them.
