Do I need to pick up tickets when I check into our resort for this?

No, you don't have to, but you can. The resort concierge desk can print them. If you wait to pick them up at Pioneer Hall, show up a little early.

We forgot ours once and it was no biggie to get them at the Hall.

We always just get them there. The line moves pretty fast.

No. I recommend getting them at Pioneer Hall right before the show. Your table number will be pre-set, so it doesn't matter where you are in line on the way in.

We usually get them right at our resort concierge. In November I forgot to do that, and realized while we stood in line to check-in. We never had to go to a box office though, since the CM going down the line to check everyone in was holding a little organizer with everyone's tickets inside of it anyway. I just gave her my name and she took it right out.
